Jmacks Industrial Sales, Inc. was built from the ground up with a simple idea: do right by the customer and the rest will follow.

Founded in 1996 by Johnny Mack Shepard at the age of 54, the company grew out of decades of hands-on experience in industrial sales and material sourcing. Johnny Mack built his reputation the old-fashioned way—through hard work, integrity, and a deep commitment to helping customers find the right solution, not just make a sale.

Early on, he recognized a gap in the industry. Customers were often forced to juggle multiple vendors, deal with long lead times, and navigate limited technical guidance when selecting materials or processes. Jmacks was created to change that—bringing expert knowledge, reliable sourcing, and precision fabrication together under one roof.

In 2006, his son, Brian Shepard, joined the business, continuing the hands-on, customer-focused approach that defined the company from day one. Working alongside his father, Brian helped expand operations, strengthen customer relationships, and carry forward the values that built Jmacks.

After the passing of Johnny Mack Shepard in 2020, Brian took over leadership of the company and continues to run the business today, staying true to the foundation his father established.

From small custom projects to large-scale industrial support, Jmacks has grown through trust, repeat business, and word-of-mouth—proof that doing things the right way still matters.
