Jmacks Industrial Sales, Inc. is a family-founded industrial sales and waterjet cutting company serving manufacturers, engineers, maintenance professionals and businesses throughout the Charlotte region and beyond.


Since 1996, our focus has remained straightforward: understand the customer's application, provide practical solutions and deliver dependable results.

OUR STORY

Built on Relationships. Continued Through Experience.

Jmacks was founded in 1996 by Johnny Mack Shepard, who built the business around industrial knowledge, customer relationships and dependable service.


Brian Shepard joined the company in 2006, working alongside his father and gaining hands-on experience in industrial materials, sourcing, customer applications and fabrication.


Following Johnny Mack's passing in 2020, Brian continued the company with the same commitment to personal service while expanding Jmacks' capabilities in precision waterjet cutting and custom fabrication.region and beyond.

WHAT WE DO TODAY

Today, Jmacks combines industrial material experience with precision OMAX waterjet cutting to help customers solve a wide range of manufacturing, maintenance and replacement-part needs.


We work with metals, engineered plastics, rubber, gasket materials, composites and other industrial materials for projects ranging from a single replacement component to prototypes, small batches and repeat production.
